1b Carrots, peeled & chopped
1 med potato, peeled & chopped
1/2 c unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
3 c chicken stock

Garnish: Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cover veggies with water & simmer until tender, aprox 20 min. Puree veggies with butter. Mix in spices & add to chicken stock. Simmer 20 Min.
