1 lb ground turkey or beef-- if you use turkey do not use turkey breast-- it looks too white in the recipe
1 large onion- chop
1 green pepper- if u like-- I do not use this
1 tablespoon of fresh garlic-- in jar
1 large can of hunts tomato sauce-- it is 29 oz-- or u can use 4 small -- 8 oz cans
1 can kidney beans- drain-- i use small red ones- Goya 15.5 oz can
1 package of mild McCormick chili seasoning

shredded cheddar, sour creme and onion when served if you like this

Hot sauce or cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
cook meat- add sauce, onion, garlic, beans, and seasoning-- bring to boil and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Or you can throw it all in a crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Add any favorite hot sauce as desired
