1 pkg. German sweet chocolate
1/4 cup butter
14 1/2 oz. can Pet or Carnation milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsps. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in double boiler; stir until blended. Remove from heat and blend in the milk. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Blend eggs and vanilla into the sugar mixture. Blend this mixture into the chocolate mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is puffed up.
