1 can frozen unsweetened apple juice
3 Tbsps. cornstarch
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ cup sugar substitute
5 cups sliced apples
2 ready-to-fill deep-dish pie crusts
2 Tbsps. butter or margarine

Directions:

Cook apple juice and cornstarch until thick. Add spices, salt, and sugar substitute; mix in apple slices. Pour into one pie shell and place the second shell over the top. Press edges together with a fork. Top with butter and bake at 375 until brown. Note: You may use other fruit. This recipe serves eight with 150 calories per serving (with apples).
