1/3 TSPN NUTMEG, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN ADD MEAT , ONIONS, SALT AND PEPPER
COVER AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINS
ADD TOMATOES AND WATER
BRING IT TO BOIL ADD CREAMY PEANUTS AND NUTMEG BOIL FOR 25MINS
ADD VEGETABLES
COOK FOR 20 MINS
