2 cups cooked chicken
1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Grated Cheese
1/2 red onion chopped fine
1 package Tortillas Soft shells
2 Tbls butter
2 Tbls Flour
2 cups Chicken broth
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 diced Chile's
1/2 cup diced scallion onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, 1 1/2 cup cheese,onion. Fill each tortilla with 1/3 cup of mixture. Roll and place seam side down in pan. Set aside. In a 2 quart sauce pan melt butter and stir in flour slowly. Add broth, increase heat until it bubbles. Remove from heat and fold in sour cream. Add chile's. Pour over tortilla's. Bake in preheated oven, uncovered for 15 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and green onions. Cook 5 more minutes.
