3 pounds Salmon Fillet
4 1/2 tbsp chopped scallions
3 tbsp Fresh ginger
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sherry
1tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute scallions and ginger in oil for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate fish from 1hour to overnight. Broil fish on one side until brown and glazed. Transfer to platter
