Basic Egg Pastry:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. ice water
1 egg

Filling:
1/4 stick pepperoni
1/2 stick Genoa salami
1 Basket cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
2 dozen eggs
1 lb. ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
For the pastry:
1. Measure flour and salt into bowl. Cut in shortening until particles are the size of peas and evenly blended.
2. Add mixture of egg and ice water.
3. Roll out on floured board to fit a 9 x 13 x 2" pan.

For the filling:
1. Beat eggs on high speed, 3 to 5 minutes. Cube all meats and cheese into 1/4" squares; add to beaten eggs. Fold well and pour into unbaked shell.
2. Bake at 375ºF approximately one hour or until knife in center comes out clean.
