1 package of cream cheese
3/4 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup Skor Bar, crushed
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
Graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.
Cover and put in the fridge to firm up.
Shape into a ball, and use 3/4 cup of crushed up Skor Bars and/or sliced almonds to press on top of ball.
Spread on graham crackers.
