Milk 1 c
Unsweetened Chocolate 1 1/2 squares (or 2 tbsp cocoa)
Eggs 2 (separate yolks and whites)
Cooked Rice 1 c
Salt 1/4 tsp.
White Sugar 6 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp.
Whipping Cream 1/2 c

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Milk, salt and grated chocolate. Heat in double boiler until chocolate is melted and add slightly beaten egg yolks and sugar. Cook until the mixture coats the spoon, while stirring constantly. Add rice and vanilla. Remove from heat. Chill. Before serving fold into the stiffly beaten egg white and whipped cream.
