Four slices bread 1 pound sausage 10 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups milk 1 tsp. salt dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into pieces and lay in bottom of 9x13 greased baking pan. Brown sausage and drain well. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the sausage. Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over the mixture in the pan. Sprinkle with the last 1/2 of the cheese. You may then bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or you may cover with foil, refrigerate it and bake the next morning.

John and I make two of these before we go to Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. We have them next morning when all the family comes for breakfast and we open presents after breakfast.
