1 15-ounce jar Koon Chun Hoisin sauce
1/2 cup water
3 ounces sesame oil
2 ounces rice wine vinegar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup scallions, thinly sliced white and green parts
6 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 clove garlic, minced fine
soy sauce to taste
2 pounds noodles (Asian preferred)

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl. Adjust the flavor and consistency with water, soy, vinegar, and oil.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Toss with sauce and chill well.

This sauce can also be used for chicken, beef, pork, or fish. Keep in mind that if you saute or grill it, you will want to add it last as the high sugar content will burn quickly.
