2lbs ground beef, 1 cup uncooked rice, 2tbsp minced onion, salt and pepper to taste, 2 10 1/2 oz cans of tomato soup, 1 1/4 cups of water

Directions:
Mix tomato soup and water drop balls in, can be done in a shallow baking dish, and covered tightly with foil, Bake at 350º for 1 hour , or can be done in a pressure cooker, with control # 10 and cook for 10 minutes after control jiggles ( that's how we always cooked them)

These are best served hot with mashed potatoes, and the sauce pore right over the potatoes !
