2 lbs. ham loaf mix
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs
1 c. milk
small minced onion (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground celery seed or celery salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Glaze ingredients:
1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix glaze ingredients and sprinkle in the bottom of a greased 9 X 5 X 3 loaf pan.
Mix all other ham loaf ingredients together.
Bake for 1 hour. Let rest for 5 minutes after taking out of the oven. Carefully put a tray or plate upside down over the pan and quickly turn upside down.
