Uncle Albert's favorite spaghetti sauce

9 Lasagna noodles

3/4 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 T. minced parsley
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F.
1. Make Uncle Albert's Favorite Spaghetti Sauce (included in this cook book!).
2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions--set aside.
3. Mix the ricotta, parsley and oregano--set aside.
4. In a 9 x 13" pan, layer the ingredients in the order listed above beginning and ending with sauce until all are used up.
5. Bake at 350F for 30 mins. Let stand 15 mins. before serving.
