Base
- 1 cup - butter
- 6 tbsp - brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 cups - all purpose flour

Topping
- 3 cups - pecan halves
- 3/4 cup - butter
- 3/4 cup - brown sugar
- 1 tbsp - heavy cream
- 7 tbsp honey

Preheat oven 350 F

Base
- mix base ingredients in food processor
- press into 10 x 15 pan with 1 inch sides
- bake for 20 minutes

Topping
- cover base with pecans
- in a saucepan, melt butter, honey, add sugar
- cook 5 minutes, add cream
- pour over pecans
- bake for 16 - 18 minutes
- cool slightly, cut into squares
- cool
