Zucchini Bread Recipe

3 eggs
1c. brown sugar
1c. white sugar
1c. vegetable oil
1 TB Vanilla
2c. Flour
1 TB Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking powder
2c. coarsely grated zucchini. Loosely packed
1c. chopped walnuts

In a bowl, geat eggs until fluffy. Beat in sugars, oil and vanilla until thick .
Add rest of ing. and pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 min.
Remove from pans and let cool.
