- 1/2 cup - butter
- 5 - MacIntosh toffee bars
- 1 - can - sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups - corn flakes
- 4 cups - rice crispies

Directions:
Directions:
- in a heavy bottom saucepan, melt the butter, toffee, and condensed milk
- when melted, stir in cornflakes and rice crispies
- spread on 10 x 14 cookie sheet, cut while still slightly warm
- chill

Very rich, so best to make them thin, instead of in a cake pan.
