1 small pkg frozen corn or 4 ears cut
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced yellow bell pepper
1 diced jicama
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 seeded jalapeņo, diced
1/2 c cilantro
3 - 4 cloves minced garlic

Mix all together!
