6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can of mushrooms
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup chicken broth
1 small package of stuffing
8 ounces of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts. Cut chicken in small pieces. Combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mushrooms, and chicken. Spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Mix butter, 1 cup of chicken broth and stuffing. Add additional broth until moist. Spoon the stuffing over the chicken. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

I used to make this when there were more people around the house. Kids like it. Now that I am looking at it, I suppose this is a pretty high calorie dish. I haven't made it with modifications such as light sour cream, but I suppose it could be done.
