2 tsp. honey
1 pkg. active dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500°F.
1. Add warm water to yeast and set aside until frizzy.
2. Mix together flour and salt; add flour mixture to water mixture.
3. Spray a bowl with cooking spray; add dough.
4. Cover and put in a warm space for about 15 minutes.
5. Roll out pizza dough, top with pizza sauce, cheese, etc.
6. Put on pizza pan or on oven rack in the very back of the oven.
7. Cook until crust is brown.

This recipe makes 2 large pizza's, depending on how much you let it rise and how thin you roll it out.
