For Brown Sugar Rolls - Spread flour on breadboard. Knead slightly and press into a rectangle (size of an 8 x 8 pan). Spread butter over top of rectangle. Put a layer of brown sugar on top. (Butter and B Sugar to taste) Roll dough into a log and cut 2 inch pieces. Place cut side done in grease 8 x 8 pan. Let dough raise again (till it reaches top of pan) Bake at 400 till brown on top.
Frosting is optional!

For Kolaches - Use second half of dough. Spread flour on breadboard. Knead slightly and cut and roll into ball shape (size of golf ball) and place on grease cookie sheet. Let raise again and then gently push down into center and place a 1-2 teaspoons your favorite of filling (jams, jelly, canned pie fillings etc).
