- 6 or 7 - potatoes - 2 tbsp - chicken oxo - 1 tsp - seasoning salt - 1/4 tsp - pepper - 1 tsp - oregano - 1/4 cup lemon juice - 1 cup - butter - melted
Preheat oven 450º F
- peel, cut up potatoes - place in 9 x 13 baking dish - mix together oxo, seasoning salt, pepper, oregano, lemon juice, melted butter - pour over potatoes - bake for approximately 1 hour, stir occasionally
