- 1/2 cup - creamy peanut butter
- 1 - 300gr - bag butterscotch chips
- 2 cups - colored miniature marshmallows
- 3 cups - rice crispies

Directions:
Directions:
- in a microwave safe bowl melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the microwave, or on a large saucepan over low heat
- stir until melted
- place in water bath to cool ( place bowl or pot in a large bowl on top of a few ice cubes) until you can touch bottom of bowl or pot with your bare hand
- stir in marshmallows and rice crispies
- press into 9 x 13 pan
- cool till set, cut into squares
- freezes well
