6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. regular sausage
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until done, breaking it into little bits as you cook it. Drain and set aside. Beat the eggs, add the salt, dry mustard, and milk. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Pour the egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for 45 min. Serves 4 to 6 people.
