8 eggs
1 qt. milk
4 - 5 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F.
1. Melt stick of butter in 12 x 16" pan.
2. Mix lightly with beater the milk and eggs; add sugar, salt and flour. Pour over melted butter.
3. Bake in 450ºF oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with maple syrup, jelly or butter.

When baking, this will puff up then settle after cooking. Cut the recipe in half for a 9 x 13" pan and in thirds for an 8 x 8" pan.
