3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
tsp salt
1 stick melted butter

Crumb Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup flour
1/3 stick melted butter

Mix all souffle ingredients (first 7) together and pour into a buttered baking dish (9X13).

Mix together crumb topping ingredients till crumbly; sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 minutes in pre-heated 350 degree oven. Serves 10
