1 pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. vanilla dash salt 2 eggs Graham pie crust Topping 1 cup sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy, beat in lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and salt. Add eggs one at a time. Pour in mixture and bake at 325º for 25 minutes. In a small bowl combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; spread over pie bake at 325º for 10 minutes.
