Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Juice of 1/4 lime
2 very ripe avocados
4 oz. (give or take) Pace picante sauce (or your favorite salsa)

Directions:
Directions:
If you can't find nice ripe soft avocados at the store, put a couple of hard ones in a closed paper bag at room temp for a day or two.

Mash it all together and dip with corn chips or potato chips.

Scale up for large gatherings.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a quick and dirty guacamole... named by Michael in his very young years. It has to be quick, because the Louts (David, Michael, and their friends) inhale it on chips as fast or faster than I can churn it out!
