1 Head lettuce, broken
1 Large purple onion sliced (or green onions) this is optional
1 medium head cauliflower (grated)
1 small bag of frozen peas
1 package of Oscar Meyers real bacon pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook frozen peas in microwave for 3 minutes drain in colander.
2. In large bowl, layer lettuce, onion (if you choose), cauliflower, peas and bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Repeat until all vegetables are used.
4. Top with mayonnaise and let stand overnight.
5. When ready to serve, toss salad.
NOTE: Do not mix sugar with mayonnaise when preparing salad.
