2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 generous cup crushed pinapple (not drained)
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. grated raw carrots

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. milk

Sift together in large bowl: 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda. Add nuts, eggs, pineapple, oil, and carrots. Mix together well and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 cool completely and frost.
