1 c. buckwheat flour 1 tsp. baking powder Cinnamon 1 T. brown sugar or 2 T. honey 1 c. milk 1 egg Banana, mashed
1. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. 2. Mix together the dry ingredients. 3. Mix together the wet ingredients and add to the dry ingredients. 4. Mix in mashed banana. Cook until browned. Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
I use vanilla flavored almond milk in place of milk.
