3/4 c. olive oil
4 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic
4 T. sweet pickle
2 T. onion
4 T. green pepper
2 T. capers
2 T. parsley
4 lbs. green asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
Mince cloves, pickle, onion and green pepper. Chop capers and parsley. Wash, cook and chill asparagus. Arrange asparagus and pour dressing over it.
