4 eggs, beaten 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. Hershey's Chocolate Syrup 1/2 c. Crisco Oil 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. chocolate chips 2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together the first five ingredients. Put into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool and frost. For frosting combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a full boil. Add chocolate chips. Cool slightly while stirring and add vanilla. Pour over brownies.
