3 eggs
2 scant cups sugar
1 scant cup vegetable oil
3 cups grated zuchinni
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp.cinnamon
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins(optional)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Press excess water out of zuchinni, add to egg mixture. Combine dry ingredients, mix lightly by hand. Add nuts and/or raisins and chocolate chips. Blend in. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. If using raisins use only 1/2 c chocolate chips.
