1 10 oz. package frozen strawberries, thawed
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup plus 2 T vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together undrained strawberries, eggs, and oil. Stir together dry ingredients. Add to strawberry mixture, reserving 1/2 cup. Stir nuts into reserved dry ingredients and add to batter stirring well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
