1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 1 c. ground almonds
Cream together butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add flour and almonds. Mix well. Chill dough (over night is good). Form into crescents. Bake on non-greased cookie sheet at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove crescents from cookie sheet and roll in additional powdered sugar.
