2 packages Indomi/Ramen noodles, crushed
1 c. slivered almonds or chopped nuts
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 head cabbage or Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet, over low heat, brown noodles, nuts and sesame seeds in 1/4 cup oil. Once browned, allow to cool. In a small saucepan, bring vegetable oil, sugar and vinegar to boil for 1 minutes. Allow to cool. Add soy sauce. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and chopped green onions. Add the noodle and soy sauce mixtures. Toss to coat. Serves 6
