1 mudu (quart) groundnuts
vegetable oil, preferably groundnut
salt (optional)

Directions:
You can grind groundnuts in a meat grinder. You may need to run them through twice to get them smooth. Add a tablespoon or two of oil to desired spreading consistency and store in the refrigerator. The cost is a fraction of buying peanut butter at the "bature" shops.
