Meat Loaf:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
salt and pepper


Sauce:

8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all meat loaf ingredients; mix well. In ungreased 13x9 inch pan form mixture into 9x4 inch loaf. Bake in a 350º oven for 45 minuntes.

In a small saucepan combine all sauce ingredients (including syrup from pineapples); mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently. Spread on top of meat loaf; bake for an additional 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
