1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. fresh basil, 1 tsp. dry basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c. olive oil

Directions:

Mix ingredients together well and pour over lamb. Let marinate for several hours or overnight before cooking.
