2 cans tomato puree plus 2 cans water
3, 6 oz. cans tomato paste, plus 3 cans water
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
Pepper
Basil to taste
Garlic
Pork steak or sirloin steak
Parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saucepan and brown garlic.
2. Season pork or sirloin steak with salt, pepper and parsley.
3. Add tomato puree, paste and sauce with equal cans of water for each to saucepan.
4. Add basil to taste and simmer for several hours.
