Olive Oil
1 large garlic clove
1 bay leaf
1 beef soup bone (optional)
1 large can tomato paste (approx. 15 oz.) plus one can water
1/4 c. Romano Cheese
Parsley leaves
1 T. basil
Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. rosemary
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Onion salt
1 large can whole tomatoes
3 medium cans tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes 

Directions:
Directions:
1. Barely cover the bottom of a large pan with olive oil. Add one garlic clove, bay leaf and soup bone (optional).
2. Carefully brown, being sure not to overcook the garlic.
3. Add large can of tomato paste and one can of water, Romano cheese, covering of parsley leaves, basil, covering of Italian seasoning and rosemary. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion salt. Stir mixture and let boil a short time.
4. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
