Olive oil to fry meatballs
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg per pound of hamburger
Cracker crumbs (12 saltine crackers per pound of hamburger)
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Parsley leaves
1 T. basil
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well and form into meatballs.
2. Fill skillet with enough olive oil to fry the meatballs.
3. Place in skillet and cook slowly, turning to brown all sides.

I usually get 12 meatballs per pound of beef.
