1 can (14 ozs) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 pkgs. (4 ozs) crumbled feta cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (not dry-already-prepared Parmesan)
1 jar (2 ozs) diced pimentos, drained
1 clove minced garlic
chopped tomato and green onions for garnish

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped and sliced green onion if desired. Serve with assorted crackers, baguettes or pita triangles. Makes 2 cups.
