12 eggs
6 cups flour
Salt

Cheese Filling:
1 large container Ricotta cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Romano cheese
Parsley
Salt

Meat filling:
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1 T. salt
1 T. pepper
2 eggs
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 T. garlic salt or 1 1/2 T. garlic powder

Directions:

Dough:
1. Break eggs into middle of mounded flour.
2. Gradually mix flour and eggs together.
3. Knead thoroughly, roll and stretch.

Fillings:
1. Mix ingredients together well.
2. Spoon into ravioli squares and seal with fingers or fork.
3. Drop ravioli into boiling water and cook until they float. Drain and serve with sauce.
