1 large tomato, cut in 16 cubes
1 medium cucumber, cut in ½ inch slices and then halved
1 small onion, sliced
¼ green pepper, slice and cut in 1 inch segments
2 loaves of toasted pita bread
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 T chopped mint.
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sumac

Directions:
Directions:
Put all vegetables in a bowl. Add lemon juice, oil, spices, mint, and parsley. Mix lightly. Just before serving, add crumbled toasted pita.
