1 large tomato, cut in 16 cubes
1 medium cucumber, cut in inch slices and then halved
1 small onion, sliced
green pepper, slice and cut in 1 inch segments
2 loaves of toasted pita bread
cup chopped parsley
1 T chopped mint.
cup lemon juice
cup olive oil
tsp salt
tsp black pepper
1 tsp sumac

Put all vegetables in a bowl. Add lemon juice, oil, spices, mint, and parsley. Mix lightly. Just before serving, add crumbled toasted pita.
