4 lbs. ground chuck
2 cups dry bread crumbs, 1 c. wet
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Romano cheese
2 T. salt
5 eggs
2 to 3 large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. garlic salt or 3 T. garlic powder
2 T. pepper or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Place ground chuck in large mixing bowl.
2. Add all ingredients except eggs and mix.
3. Beat eggs and mix together well.
4. Roll into meatballs to the size desired. Bake at 350ºF until browned.
