6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup smoked salmon, minced
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peeled eggs in half lenthwise.
Remove egg yolks and mash with fork.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill.
Fill egg whites with salmon mixture.
Garnish with paprika.
