1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 & 1/2 cups flour, (sifted before measuring)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

1. Sift the granulated sugar and brown sugar
2. Beat until soft: butter and sugars until creamy.
3. Beat in one egg, peanut butter, salt and soda
4. Add the sifted flour and vanilla to batter
5. Roll the dough into small walnut size balls and place on greased cookie tin.
6. Press them flat with a fork.
7. Bake 13-15 minutes
